Requesting a refund is simple and fast. Take a photo of the affected item. Open the WishLish app and go to Orders → the specific order → Report Issue. Upload the photo and describe the problem. We will resolve your complaint within 2 hours with a replacement or instant refund to your original payment method.

3. Eligible Items
The following are eligible for return or refund:
- Damaged or bruised produce
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing items from order
- Expired or near-expiry products
- Products that differ significantly from their description
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and food safety reasons, the following cannot be returned: opened or consumed products, products damaged by the customer after delivery, and items reported more than 24 hours after delivery. We appreciate your understanding on food safety grounds.
5. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed as follows: UPI and digital wallets receive the refund within 2–4 hours. Credit/debit cards take 3–5 business days. Cash on delivery orders receive a credit to the FreshMart wallet instantly, usable on the next order.
